The 2025 model introduces several "firsts" for the Ténéré platform to keep it competitive in the middleweight adventure segment.
YCC-T & Ride Modes: The introduction of Ride-by-Wire throttle allows for two selectable riding modes: Sport (sharp response) and Explorer (smoother power delivery).
Advanced Electronics: For the first time, it includes Switchable Traction Control and an updated 3-Mode ABS system (On, Rear-Off, or Fully-Off).
6.3-inch Vertical TFT: A new full-color dashboard with smartphone connectivity via the Yamaha MyRide app, providing turn-by-turn navigation, music, and call management.
Upgraded Suspension: * Front: Fully adjustable 43mm KYB inverted forks now include a preload adjuster.
Rear: A redesigned linkage and shock with a toolless remote preload adjuster for quicker setup changes.
